Heidi Lynch began working in the field of vocational rehabilitation in 2010 and joined the Ability team in 2014. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology / Psychology from Evergreen State College. Heidi is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) and Vocational Evaluator. She enjoys working with people and helping people get through the various issues that come with being injured. Heidi suffered an injury several years ago in a non-work-related accident but was unable to work for a few months as a result. While researching support services for people that were injured and unable to work, she came across vocational rehabilitation for injured workers. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with family, friends and her numerous pets including dogs, cats and horses as well as traveling, boating, camping and gardening. Heidi serves Thurston/Mason/Lewis, Cowlitz and Clark Counties.
