Irina Razvina has been working as a vocational rehabilitation counselor since 1999 and is a co-owner of Ability Vocational Consulting. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Martin's University in 1999 and completed her Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) subsequently. She also earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University in 2010. Irina also obtained the Professional Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) certification in 2017 and is an Activity Coach. Irina completed a 3-year term as WA State Chapter President of IARP (International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals). She dedicates a great deal of time and energy towards various committees sponsored by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries in an effort to continue to improve vocational rehabilitation outcomes in WA State. Irina came to the United States at 15 years old; she is originally from Russia and is fully bilingual in Russian. She specializes in complicated/older and Russian speaking claims. Irina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Irina serves Thurston/Mason/Lewis, Cowlitz and Clark Counties.
