Katie is an intern at AVC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths while collaboratively problem-solving barriers to employment. Katie strives to create a supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their vocational journey. Making a positive difference in her community-and in the daily lives of the people she works with- is central to her professional goals.
Outside of the office, she enjoys volunteering, spending time with her dog, and traveling whenever she has the opportunity!
