Tonya Smith has been involved in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 2009. She is co-owner and Operations Manager for Ability Vocational Consulting.  Tonya is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist .  She enjoys working with people and helping others reach their goals.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in the field of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.  In her spare time she enjoys travel, cooking, live music, being involved in her children's activities, and spending time with her family, friends and Havanese.
